Gegrundet wurde die Backerei Pitzer im fruhen 20. Jahrhundert, genauer gesagt schon 1913 von Jakob Pitzer. Ab dem Jahre 1945, fuhrten Erich und Ernst Pitzer den Betrieb weiter. 1993 Schliesslich ubernahm Mario Huainig die Backerei in 4. Generation. Unser Anspruch - Unsere Leitbilder: Wir verknupfen traditionelles Handwerk und innovative Ideen auch mit dem Ziel, der Starkung unserer Region, nicht zuletzt durch energieeffiziente und ressourcenschonende Herstellung unserer Backwaren! Zufriedene Mitarbeiter, ein tolerantes und von Wertschatzung gepragtes Betriebsklima sind uns sehr wichtig! Mit 28 Mitarbeitern steht der Kunde stets im Mittelpunkt!

The bakery is good the staff very friendly. The only thing I miss is that no guests Wi-Fi is available, as it is very cut off.

I have never got any better rolls. You can still eat them after 2 days and then still taste better than the baked bulk goods.
